WHO MAY ATTEND
Boys and girls 7-14 may enroll in Cooking Camp. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, national origin, ethnic origin or disability. Parents should think carefully before enrolling a child who has had limited time away from home or is not excited about attending because there are NO refunds 30 days prior to the start of your child's or teen's camp session.
OUR CAMPUSES

Our Glendale camp is located in Glendale on the Incarnation Community Center grounds just off the 134 Freeway and lies at the eastern end of the San Fernando Valley. Cooking Camp Plus location!

Our Tarzana camp serving the entire San Fernando Valley is conveniently located just off the 101 freeway on Ventura Blvd. between the Tampa and Winnetka exits at the Masonic Center. Cooking Camp Plus location!

Our North Hollywood kitchen
is on the Walter Reed Middle School grounds. Conveniently located near both the Ventura and Hollywood freeways.




Our new Playa Del Rey kitchen serves the Silicon Beach Area, including Playa Vista, Marina Del Rey, Venice and Westchester and is located on 7726 West Manchester Avenue at the Westchester Masonic Temple.


Our San Gabriel kitchen serves the entire Alhambra-San Gabriel area including Monrovia, Arcadia and San Marino.We are located just off Rosemead Blvd. at the Elk Lodge at E. Las Tunas Drive.

Our new El Segundo kitchen serves the entire the Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance and Culver City and is located the El Segundo Masonic Center 520 Main Street El Segundo, CA 90245.

CLASS SESSIONS
Our morning Cooking Camp classes meet from 9:00-12:00 and are each one week long. And check out our new Cooking Camp Plus workshops that meet all day long for those families needing a full day option at camp.

FEES
The cost per weekly Cooking Camp session is $399 that includes a chef hat, chef apron, and online access to all recipes for the week. At our new Cooking Camp Plus locations, workshops run weekly as well. Adding two afternoon workshops with Cooking Camp in the morning at these locations is just $160 more! Or if you prefer a full week of just workshops, and no Cooking Camp, tuition is $559 per week for a full day at camp! Full payment is due at the time of registration. We do not take personal checks. We offer a 5% discount for siblings and additional discounts if you attend more than one week!

CLASS SIZE
We believe smaller class size means greater opportunity to interact on an individual basis with others and with our chefs. All morning classes are co-ed with no more than 20-25 children per class. Campers will work in groups to prepare 3-4 recipes.

At our Cooking Camp Plus locations, workshops are also for campers ages 7-14 with no more than 15 campers per class.
REGISTRATION
All registration is completed online and is on a first come, first serve, basis. Once your online application is submitted you will receive a copy of your credit card receipt and completed application delivered to your email inbox. Parents may sign up for more than one camp session.
MISSED CLASSES OR CANCELLATIONS
If your child or teen misses a class during a session, there's no make-up and no refund, however, recipes are available. Camp cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the first day of your child's or teen's session. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of the camp will receive a full refund minus a $30 cancellation fee.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Cooking Camp does not provide child care or supervision prior to or after class unless you are attending one of our Cooking Camp Plus locations. Parents must make arrangements to drop off their children or teens no earlier than 8:45a for our 9:00a class. Parents must also pick up their children or teens at the end of class at 12:00p. Our new Cooking Camp Plus locations offer extened care both in the morning and afternoon untill 6:00p. KITCHEN SAFETY
Remember, these are professional kitchens with sharp knives and hot equipment. Young children will not be using sharp knives, or taking food in and out of the oven. All campers must be well-behaved at all times. In case of discipline problems, parents will be asked to remove their child or teen and session fees will not be refunded. Parents will be required to sign a waiver regarding your child's safety.

FOOD CONCERNS
We do not use peanut oil at camp, however we cannot provide or guarantee a nut-free environment. Please notify us if your child or teen has any food allergies when you arrive on the first day of classes.

DRESS
Campers should be dressed both comfortably and safely for three hours of cooking. Absolutely no opened toed shoes such as flip flops or sandals. Rubber sole shoes required. No shirts with drawstrings or loose sleeves that may catch on equipment. Remember, clothes may get ruined or stained.
